Job Description Desired Skills · Ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects. · Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering pre or post-contract cost management and consultancy · Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, final account, cost reporting. · Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with. · Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
