KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center software, and MS Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

Take the lead on a variety of exciting land surveying projects—overseeing every phase from planning to completion. You’ll manage diverse survey types, drive project success, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in full alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments.

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Lead, organize, and oversee the work of multiple survey field crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget. Operate with a high degree of autonomy under the general guidance of the Survey Line of Business Executive.
  • Prepare legal descriptions, plats, easements, and recorded surveys with accuracy and attention to jurisdictional requirements.
  • Coordinate daily activities across multiple projects, aligning team efforts with productivity targets and project scopes. Maintain clear communication with assigned Party Chiefs.
  • Ensure safety compliance across all survey field operations, including documentation and reporting as required by company and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular updates, including weekly progress and status reports, to stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and allocate resources for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Provide strategic input on project assignments, workflows, and process improvements to support operational excellence.
