Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our site team on a large residential development, in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the project during the post-contract phase, ensuring cost-effectiveness and contractual compliance. Responsibilities: Manage post-contract commercial activities across the project. Review and assess contractor interim payment applications and prepare recommendations for certification. Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims in line with contract terms. Monitor project budgets and prepare monthly cost reports for the client or management. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts. Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and local regulations. Liaise with project managers, design consultants, and contractors on commercial and contractual matters. Provide cost advice on potential design or construction changes during project delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and contractual purposes. Support procurement activities, including sub-contractor agreements and supplier evaluations (as required). Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
