Job Description
AECOM are looking for a dynamic Project Surveyor to be part of some of the most prestigious and landmark projects in Dubai.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or actively working towards APC.

EXPERIENCE

  • 4–5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
  • Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services with experience in mid to large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Proven ability to work within a team delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services.
  • Supports Senior Quantity Surveyors in:
  • Measurement and assessment of variations
  • Preparation of payment certificates
  • Final account preparation
  • Cost reporting and analysis
  • Adheres to quality control procedures and ensures compliance with internal processes.
  • Assists in benchmarking, data collection, and preparation of internal reports.
  • Capable of supporting the production and delivery of various deliverables across all Funder Advisory services.
