Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on post-contract activities for a client.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related Construction field.
  • Chartered status with RICS (MRICS) or currently working towards APC.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4–5 years post-graduate experience.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in the Middle East market.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be, but not limited to:

  • Specialized in post-contract cost consultancy services, with experience on mid to large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services.
  • Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:
  • Measurement and valuation of works
  • Assessment and agreement of variations
  • Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures.
  • Support in benchmarking, data collection, and internal financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of various outputs across all Funder Advisory services.
