Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on high-impact construction projects across substructure, steel frame, cladding, MEP, and industrial/office fit-outs? We’re expanding our Commercial Surveying team and looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor who’s technically sharp, commercially astute, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the chance to shape projects from the ground up—literally—from early-stage RFC works and steel frames to fit-out completion. You’ll be given autonomy, support, and development opportunities in return for delivering quality and driving performance on-site.

• Preparing and managing valuations, applications, forecasts, and cashflows
• Administering all aspects of subcontractor procurement and management
• Tracking and reporting on progress, materials, site records, and project variations
• Producing and maintaining accurate cost, performance, and progress documentation
• Ensuring contractual notifications and compensation events are issued on time
• Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff on-sit
