Project Systems Advisor, Organisational Development - Ref 112.1 Based in Wellington Fixed-term position, full-time for 12 months Closes 31 May 2026 We are seeking a skilled Project Systems Advisor to support the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms that underpin how we work with stakeholders and the public to protect, manage, and promote Aotearoa New Zealand’s heritage. This role sits within a project delivery environment and focuses on providing internal systems support during the rollout of new enterprise software platforms: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data360, and StoreConnect. Working closely with project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure systems are configured appropriately, staff are supported, and solutions are embedded effectively into business‑as‑usual processes. This opportunity is ideal for a systems professional with hands on Salesforce experience (formal certification is advantageous) who thrives at the intersection of technology, projects, and people. You will play a crucial role in managing change, driving adoption, and ensuring our staff feel confident using the new tools. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on system administration and internal user support during system rollouts Support configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues Support data quality, system governance, and information management practices Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements and efficiencies Assist with change management activities, including training, guidance materials, and user support Why Join Us?
