This is a hybrid position. The incumbent will typically work from home 3 days/week and work in office 2 days/week.

TO QUALIFY FOR APPLICATION:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • MS Office skills
  • Word processing experience; attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with people
  • Well-organized and capable of handling multiple deadlines effectively
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum 3 years’ progressive experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Newforma, Speclink, and/or Bluebeam knowledge
  • CDT accreditation (or interest in obtaining)
  • A&E and/or construction industry experienc
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As Project Team Coordinator at Interface, you will provide key support to our engineering design teams in many ways including, coordinating project schedules, managing project records, and tracking deliverables from design through construction. Teamwork, communication, and flexibly are part of the Interface culture, and are key elements to success in this job role. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Managing a demanding workload in a deadline-driven environment
  • Providing timely support to project managers and the technical team
  • Maintaining project schedules and track deliverables
  • Managing document control electronic records for projects
  • Assisting in the production of reports and presentations using MS Office Suite
  • Providing proposal writing support
  • Processing new projects and maintaining accurate project information across multiple databases
  • Working with technical teams to edit and maintain project specifications
  • Processing and tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Providing exemplary customer service to clients and team members
  • General office support
  • Other project and team support as needed

TO BE COMPETITIVE FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Newforma, Speclink, and/or Bluebeam knowledge
  • CDT accreditation (or interest in obtaining)
  • A&E and/or construction industry experience
