Starting pay up to $23/hr.       Project Team Member     Position Summary   Project Team Members fabricate, assemble, and install new location carwash equipment. This role will also assist with implementation of other projects as assigned. Project Team Members report to the Project Manager.   Primary Responsibilities   * Execute the Mike’s Mission, achieve our Vision, and deliver on our Team Member Promise. This includes being a “role model” for our managers’ and associates’ behavior and performance. * Installation of new wash equipment onsite at new and existing Mike’s locations * Fabrication and assembly of car wash equipment * Knowledge and experience with plasma cutting and torching * Knowledge and experience with MIG welding * Forklift and Scissor Lift certified * Confined Space Entry – reclaim project implementation, setup, and maintenance * Mike’s Carwash Fleet/Trailer upkeep, organization, and cleanliness of work area * Warehouse/Shop cleanliness and organization * Complying with all company policies and procedures * Supports location operational needs on as needed basis * Complying with all company policies and procedures. * Complete all other duties as assigned.   Schedule Requirements   * Typically works Monday through Friday – schedule may fluctuate depending on project demands * Works 40 hours each week, all overtime must be approved * Work 5 days each week unless previously approved * Extended time away from home may be required for out of market builds including time spent residing in hotels during weekly stays   Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   This position requires the employee to communicate verbally and in writing, hear at a conversational level, use vision for depth perception and to distinguish between basic shades and colors.   This position will require the operation of a vehicle.   While performing the duties of this position, the employee will continuously (67-100% time on job) be required to stand or walk. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to sit, stoop, reach, crawl, or twist at the waist while rotating. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) perform repetitive movements, use hands for gripping pressure, and operate hand and foot controls. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to pull 50 lbs. for up to 20 feet, push up to 50 lbs. for up to 20 feet, lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. for 20 feet. The employee may also be required to repeatedly bend, kneel, and balance. The employee will occasionally (6-33% time on job) be required to climb stairs and ladders. The employee will infrequently (2-5% time on job) be required to enter confined spaces using a harness.   Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.   The employee will continuously (67-100% time on job) be required to work indoors, in temperatures of 40-80 degrees, around moving vehicles, with ladders/scaffolds, and wear safety shoes/boots. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to work outdoors, in temperatures of 20-95 degrees. The employee will frequently (34-66% time on job) be required to work alone or with dust, odors, noise, and vibrations. The employee will continuously (67-100% time on job) be required to work with chemicals, wear eye or hearing protection, a hard hat, respirator, or body protection.   Performance Factors   1. Ability to learn and use our inventory (Parts on Hand), ordering (ReQlogic), and project management (Fix It Book) systems. 5.
