We are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager to strengthen the engineering team working within segments such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning. The position is based at our office in Bergen or our brand new office at Smedasundet in Haugesund. As the Project Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in the project management team. Your responsibilities will include assembling, directing and guiding a team of skilled engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximizing efficiency. Managing the technical execution of projects, estimates, and tenders will be a key aspect of your role. In addition, you will supervise the coordination between our esteemed partners and customers. Relevant university degree in a relevant Engineering discipline A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience Experience with planning and execution of IMR and SURF operations on Norwegian continental shelf Effective communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written language Highly confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision Good technical skills Good communication and interaction skills A sound understanding and working knowledge of statutory requirements, HSE regulations and Standards related to the Offshore Engineering industri This position reports to the Engineering Manager in Norway.
