Description Summary Controlled Motion Dynamics (CMD) is a small Systems Integrator in Omaha Nebraska that specializes in electrical controls, PLC and HMI programming, industrial safety, pneumatic and hydraulic solutions for our customer’s. We are a division of Skarda Equipment Company a Certified Power Company and located in downtown Omaha. We are looking for a Project Technician to handle assembly and wiring of industrial control panels. Responsibilities Reading wiring diagrams and panel layout drawings Assembling control panels per layout drawings Wiring control panels per wiring diagrams Drilling and cutting holes in panels for mounting of various components Assist in fabrication and assembly of all projects Requirements 2+ years of similar experience A high mechanical aptitude Attention to detail Experience with motor controls and Variable Frequency Drives Experience with AutoCad or similar programs Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems Experience in a Manufacturing environment Able to interact with customers and outside salesmen in an intelligent and courteous manner on the phone and in person Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and manuals Ability to design and build a control panel as well as modify existing controls to customer’s request Ability to work with a team or manage your project with little supervision Be familiar with Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism Benefits · 401(k) retirement plan and match · Health, Dental & Vision insurance · Paid time off · Tuition reimbursement · Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account Options · Life insurance · Pet insurance · Referral program
