We have a new opportunity for a Project Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Akron, OH. There could be overnight stays required for a couple of areas. Reimbursement for gas and stays will be provided. The work schedule will be M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare workstations / work environment
• Configure PCs for use
• Travel to remote facilities to complete inventory, upgrades
• Reimage devices as needed
• Primary projects:
• PC upgrades at Distribution control center
• Site audits and PC refreshes at different corporate sites
• Other Desktop related projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
• Good customer support skills
• Must be reliable
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to other corporate facilities
