Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Project & Workforce Coordinator to join the CP&S team to support the workforce management of critical CP&S projects, such as Core ledger replacement and Customer 360. This role will be responsible for ensuring these critical projects have timely and sufficient contingent resource staffing by enabling effective Workforce management across our vendor partners. What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete? Leading workforce management, including onboarding, offboarding vendors and partners, managing statement of work, operational support on staffing needs, maintain/update/analyse staffing capacity. Coordinating recruitment requirements for Contingent and Partners Labour. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team responsible for contingent hiring and relationship building with preferred suppliers. Supporting general project activities, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes, organising administrative tasks (i.e. catering, security pass management, travel). Supporting the distribution of communication and other documentation within the team and wider project groups. Working with the Programme Management Office on data management, workforce capacity planning and co-ordinates wider process initiatives to increase workforce efficiency. What experience, skills and attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role? Demonstrated experience of recruitment coordination and support, preferable working with external agencies/vendors. Experience in workforce data management. Experience in working with multiple teams providing excellent proactive administrative support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
