You will manage L&D projects from start to finish, working with clients, TTA’s learning experts and account managers to deliver effective solutions. Some projects will take you across Europe for intensive on-site product delivery, while others will have you collaborating with our learning experts to manage the projects for training programs. All types require you to:

• Take full ownership: Your project, your approach, your results
• Navigate ambiguity: Find structure in complex challenges with multiple moving parts
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders: From engineers to training experts to international partners
• Manage budgets and timelines: Ensuring projects stay on track while adapting to changing requirements
• Problem-solve independently: When things don’t go as planned, you’ll need to find instant solutions
