Onnec Ireland Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Dublin based team for a Maternity Cover Role.
The successful candidate will be a key resource in our project delivery team for a key hyperscale client. The Project Administrator will be based on our client site and will work closely with both the customer and ONNEC project delivery team.

Responsibilities
  • Organise Visitor Bookings, access requests and meeting room bookings
  • In conjunction with HR onboard and offboard staff to the client screening & induction requirements
  • Monitor and record all absences including annual leave and sick leave for the project delivery team.
  • Point of Contact for project delivery team in regards annual leave and absence reporting
  • Maintain the current site staff list, updating weekly labour allocations
  • Monitoring training and induction records, organising safety training in collaboration with Business Support Team
  • Recording and reporting weekly labour hours to both the client and project delivery teams including H&S.
  • Assist finance team with labour and material invoicing summaries
  • Creating labels for site staff as required
  • Performing all other administrative duties in relation to projects delivery
