Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a key coordination role that sits at the heart of our facilities and development operations. You’ll be the administrative powerhouse behind multi-million-pound service contracts and infrastructure projects—ensuring our buildings remain efficient, compliant, and ready for the future.
From managing cost trackers and contract KPIs to supporting project delivery and financial control, your work will ensure our operations are robust and our environment safe—for people and pets alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and manage a full register of facilities and maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor monthly site spend and raise purchase orders in line with approved budgets.
  • Track contractor performance through KPIs and report any non-conformances.
  • Develop, update, and monitor project plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings and circulate action logs to maintain progress and accountability.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation, permits, and risk assessments are completed prior to site works.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of project and contract spend through accurate cost tracking.
  • Verify contractor invoices against works completed and contract terms, ensuring timely payment.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Translate technical project data into clear progress reports and dashboards for wider business use.
  • Support audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of corrective actions.
