OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the system. Your key objective will be to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize resource utilization within project and grant management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system customization and development.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants system.
  • Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and reporting structures to enhance project and grant management.
  • Provide training and support to users for effective system utilization.
  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and upgrades, to maintain reliability and security.
  • Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants developments, recommending enhancements and upgrades as necessary.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants, offering guidance and expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing and managing the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module.
  • Strong understanding of project and grant management processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications, particularly the Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants module.
  • Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration with other modules and third-party applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support.
