Position Summary:
Acuren is looking for a Projects and Operations Coordinator to join our Fort Saskatchewan office. Reporting directly to the Divison Manager, this position plans, schedules and dispatches staff and resources in a timely manner to meet the needs of customer work requests. The role involves receiving and tracking service requests, reviewing invoicing, validating employee rates of pay and entitlement, and ensuring efficient resource utilization and tracking. The position also identifies opportunities to convey Acuren’s vision to be a trusted partner by reducing the client’s overall cost to operate and improve customer satisfaction.

Hold a secondary school diploma complemented by a minimum of 2 years’ industry-related experience; a post-secondary diploma in a related field, supervisory experience, and experience in the NDT or engineering industry are preferred.
