Description
  • Location: Darwin
  • Status: Full-time
Are you a systems-focused problem solver who thrives on developing smart, fit-for-purpose IT solutions that support frontline work and data-informed decision-making? Join the Northern Land Council (NLC) and play a key role in improving land use administration and project systems across the Top End.
Responsibilities

The Project & Systems Coordinator is a key technical support role that provides high-level administration, business systems advice, and practical IT solutions across a wide range of land management and community-based activities. You will translate needs and in collaboration with the ICT team support the development and implementation of tools and customised systems for regional meetings, permits, funerals, ceremonies, and other project systems as required, ensuring these are efficient, reliable, and aligned with NLC business needs. Working closely with the Land Use Management team, Regional Office Network, ICT, and Project Management Office, you’ll champion system improvements, deliver user support and training, and ensure reporting and data insights are available to decision-makers across the organisation.
This role offers a rare blend of systems design, project coordination, and cultural impact—supporting service delivery that respects the priorities and protocols of Traditional Owners and our constituents across our regions.
