Description
Drive HR projects supporting business initiatives; manages design, planning & implementation of projects: Develops project plans outlining scope, work activity definition, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads implementation team including local country/ Flexpool & functional representatives; Works with local country/Flexpool and functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure including project guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated. Provides updates to management and all stakeholders, of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings. Develops implementation strategy, appropriate close down and lessons learned. Ensure benefits realization and customer satisfaction of developed projects to HR and Business. Develop and lead change management strategies & partner with key stakeholders to develop tactics to enable change over the longer term, prioritising a collaborative approach. Develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPI's) to measure the effectiveness of the project. Develops recommendations: Develops and delivers project recommendations to stakeholders; develops implementation strategy and plan. Provides regular communication to appropriate stakeholders. Supports communication efforts through workshop facilitations, communication and training plans Stakeholder management Elevate issues and clear barriers to team progress. Quickly resolve conflicts and involve functional management as required. Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC's Quality Policy, Quality System, and the appropriate regulations for the area they support. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented. Lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals - guide, coach, direct as applicable. Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. Direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements). Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Project Management experience of at least 5 years Ability and willingness to travel as required (10-15%) Must be eligible to work in Europe. Solid understanding of Change Management practises with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and, if necessary, with outside vendors/consultants Strong oral and written communication skills Excels working in fast-paced, competitive environment Works autonomously and demonstrates ability to take responsibility Results-orientated Problem solving; uses skills to work through effective problem solving.
