Responsibilities

As a key part of our operations team, you’ll ensure our projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard — from planning through to installation and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Installation Manager to align project goals and continually improve performance.
  • Allocate installation work efficiently and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Health & Safety documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory management and material procurement.
  • Ensure installations meet our rigorous quality and compliance standards.
  • Create forward-looking project schedules and accurate performance forecasts.
  • Drive departmental productivity, maintain margins, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact for commercial clients, resolving queries with professionalism.
  • Monitor department overheads and maintain cost-effective project delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

  • Strong background in construction or installation project coordination/management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Health & Safety knowledge and risk management experience
