Description
Lead Project Controls Function: Oversee cost control, planning, scheduling, and reporting activities. Budget & Cost Management: Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and critical paths. Risk & Change Control: Identify risks, manage change orders, and assess impact on cost and schedule. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project control staff; coordinate with project managers and stakeholders. System & Process Improvement: Implement best practices and optimize tools for efficiency. Experience: 10–13 years in project controls; 3–5 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk analysis, EVM. Tools: Primavera P6, Oracle ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI. Industry Knowledge: Engineering, construction, or energy projects; contract management. Leadership: Team management, communication, decision-making. Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PSP, CCP; familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
