Job Description
The position provides the opportunity to work as a full-time Project Executive, who will work to win and manage projects related to agriculture, fisheries, food security, and animal nutrition. The specific tasks of the role are to: • Support the CAVM Dean’s Office and the Academic Departments and Programs in all aspects of public relations, stakeholder and alumni engagement, research as well as student recruitment, and also manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Support student recruitment into the College educational programs, e.g. via the organization of events, regular distribution of information, and school visits. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Minimum Qualification
A graduate (in Horticulture, Agriculture economics, or other related fields); A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Preferred Qualification
B.Sc in agriculture, food science, veterinary medicine, or a related discipline.
