Within our Facilities Management division, the Projects team play a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned small-works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client’s sites.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A strong commercial and industrial back ground
• Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• JIB Gold Card

FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Electrical installation works - mainly new lighting installation around fire doors and exits
• Electrical testing and fault-finding
• Estimation of small/minor works
• Organising and arranging materials for additional works

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
• Testing & Inspection (2391)
• 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
• Full UK Driving License
