As part of this commitment, reporting to the Senior Engineer: Projects, you will be responsible for the effective management of sustaining capital projects on site to enable achievement of the budgeted capital projects portfolio, meeting all quality standards including cost, safety and environment. Take ownership of project controls by establishing and managing scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting against agreed baselines. Provide strong technical leadership and engineering expertise across the full project lifecycle to deliver safe, fit-for-purpose, and cost-effective solutions. Support the management of commercial arrangements and relationships between Gold Fields and suppliers. Maintain and improve safety standards during construction & manage the project stakeholders as required.     What You’ll Bring?
