JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team at GE HealthCare. As the Projects Engineering Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of engineering projects. You will work with a cross-functional team to support and deliver site projects such as process improvement, equipment qualification and capacity expansion. Joining as a Projects Engineering Graduate, you will begin a 2-year graduate program with a view to taking a permanent role at GE on completion.
You’ll work with competent and motivated professionals, be managed and supported by a team that values your skill and commitment and be rewarded financially for your efforts. As a GE graduate you will assume full responsibility and contribute as a functional professional. You will learn from, work
with and network with GE Healthcare Professionals from all segments across the company and report to the Lead Project Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Professional degree level qualification required

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course.

  • Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
  • GMP Manufacturing experience desirable
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and project development for production, packaging, facilities, and utilities systems.
  • Coordinate and meet with project teams to discuss requirements and constraint issues.
  • Maintain current records for each project.
  • Assist in the set up and management of the maintenance program for all utilities, production and packaging equipment
  • Prepare preliminary project reports and update daily activities for management review.
  • Report / present out on project updates as required.
  • Working in a collaborative manner within the Process Teams structure and contributes to investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
  • Coordinate with onsite contractors to ensure all work permitting and safety inductions are complete to ensure all works follow a safe and compliant process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
