Description What You'd Be Doing: As the Project Team Leader, you will be a key part in ensuring operational efficiency for our Inventory Department within our Carol Stream Fulfillment Center. Assigned Projects Provide weight and dimensions per Project Provide carton details QTY, SKU, LOT#, AND EXP. Pending projects Backlog projects Assign projects Daily Reports - used for ops meeting - taking attendance Help with workforce needs Organizing Project area for large kitting projects Assist with Inventory counts as needed Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Facilitating support requests from HQ in Slack within the Carol Stream Facility Daily reporting on damaged and missing items Ensure quality control efforts are in place with each order Responsible for overseeing multiple team members at one time Available to support Project Operations Manager’s on special tasks as requested Ensuring the material getting picked up by driver is the appropriate project Ship projects that are ready to go Ship through the systems: Updating BASE (allocating the project to a BIN) and shipping it through WHAPP Shipping multi-label projects through the system Ensuring projects are done by completion date Ensuring project notes are up to date Checking Project freight is ready to picked up according to due date Communicating with Support Managers when need Other task may be assigned What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills): Must be 18 years or older Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours) Basic Computer Knowledge Written and verbal communication Detailed Oriented Google Suites knowledge Ability to work independently and work as a team Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment
