We are currently seeking a Projects Lead that will be responsible for the end-to-end safe delivery of compliance, integrity management, maintenance, and growth projects as part of the Engineering and Asset Management team. About the Role Lead the delivery of multiple projects ensuring compliance with statutory and UGL standards, policies, and HSSE requirements. Develop and implement project execution strategies, including cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Manage internal and outsourced providers to deliver predictable project outcomes. Oversee contracting and procurement strategies and ensure quality and value-driven outcomes. Engage with key external entities including partners, regulators, and community stakeholders. About You Relevant Engineering tertiary qualifications. 10+ years of project delivery experience, ideally across compliance, maintenance, and growth projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplined project teams across multiple projects. Skilled in project execution planning, HSSE management, construction management, and quality assurance.
