REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10-12 years of total experience, with at least 8+ years in real estate engineering in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, and regulatory approvals.
• Experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Oversee and manage real estate development projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Work closely with procurement and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
• Implement best practices in engineering, construction, and sustainability to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring skill development and performance improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, obtain necessary approvals, and handle documentation as per UAE laws.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or budget overruns.
