Experience: Minimum 15 Years in the United Arab Emirates
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing multiple construction projects within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and approval procedures.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of multiple construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government entities.
Prepare and review technical and financial reports for senior management.
Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
Monitor performance metrics and enforce corrective actions where necessary.
