• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and facilitate discussions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Experience in conflict management and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on collected data insights.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts related to project execution.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus for managing IT-related projects. • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee program development and design while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project risks through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques to track progress against goals.
• Maintain documentation related to project management lifecycle activities including scope management, budgeting, and quality management.
