The Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end delivery of Fit-Out and MEP HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in interior fit-out, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and HVAC installations, combined with exceptional project management and leadership skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in managing Fit-Out and MEP (HVAC) projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial, residential, and retail projects.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chillers, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Excellent project planning, execution, and risk management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of local building codes, health & safety, and authority approvals.
