JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Projects Planner to coordinate the planning and scheduling of various manufacturing projects from order intake through to final delivery. This key role is responsible for reviewing multiple customer and internal projects, ensuring they are effectively planned, resourced, and executed within deadlines while balancing factory capacity and materials availability. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to keep projects aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project planning or production scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience reviewing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials planning, and capacity/resource management.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
