More about the role As a Quote Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless quote preparation and management. You’ll coordinate with various departments to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of sales quotes while ensuring customer pricing conditions are maintained correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating quote databases, documentation, and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in the quoting workflow. What you’ll do Prepare and manage accurate sales quotes based on customer requests, pricing guidelines, and company policies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to gather necessary information for quotes and maintain customer pricing conditions. Maintain and update quote tracking systems, customer pricing databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support the sales team by providing timely administrative assistance and validating deals, special price agreements, promotions, and project quotes. Communicate with customers to clarify quote details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with contracts and agreements. Oversee tender management processes, ensuring compliance with legal and tender requirements while optimizing documentation and workflows. Drive continuous improvements in the quotation process, providing training on tools and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your qualifications We value all applicants, but to excel in this role, the following experience and skills are essential: At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, particularly involving quote preparation, collaboration with sales teams, and data management. No specific licenses are required, but proficiency with CRM systems and sales quoting software (e.g., CPQ Configit) is highly advantageous.
