Workload: 100% Start: April 1, 2026, or possibly earlier End: October 31, 2026, with the option to extend Location: Lucerne, on-site, no remote work Client segment: Retail Applications from outside Switzerland: The candidate must hold an EU passport or be a citizen of a Schengen country (dual citizenship is acceptable); candidates from non-Schengen countries with a work permit for Germany, Austria, etc., are not eligible Responsibilities: Process support requests and provide assistance for hardware, software, and networks Analyze and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications Escalate complex cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts and devices Support IT projects Requirements/Skills: Experience in a similar IT support role Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networks Experience as an IT support specialist in retail Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems A proactive and service-oriented approach to work Ability to work independently Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
