In the team you will be the central point of organization, helping structure ongoing work, coordinate partners and suppliers, and ensure that activities progress smoothly across internal teams and external stakeholders. Working in a technical environment, you will facilitate communication, track progress, and support the preparation of key milestones such as integrations, tests, and demonstrations. Your role is to ensure that topics are followed through, priorities remain clear, and deliverables are aligned. Your tasks in detail: Conduct hardware and component research (f.e. sensors, cameras, robotics parts) Coordination and communication to suppliers and partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations Organize and support tests, demonstrations, and integration activities Provide operational support in daily team activities (planning, follow-ups, documentation) Support project management in: task structuring progress tracking risk and dependency follow-up Prepare and document meetings, decisions, and action items Facilitate communication between engineering teams and external partners Your profile Background 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or technical environments Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineer, or a related field with exposure to technical projects Interest in robotics, autonomous systems and hardware/software projects Skills Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and topics in parallel Clear and structured communication Comfortable working in a technical environment and interacting with engineers Ability to understand high-level technical topics (no deep expertise required) Mindset Reliable, analytical and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-oriented Able to bring structure and clarity Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment Agile mindset Nice to have Experience working with suppliers or external partners Exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or engineering projects Basic understanding of software or system architectures Familiarity with SCRUM, project management tools or workflows What else Ownership: you proactively drive topics forward, even beyond your formal scope Quality standards: you bring structure, clarity, and reliability to complex projects Startup drive: you operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Mission alignment: genuine motivation to contribute to defense-relevant, safety-critical systems Eligibility: nationality of a NATO member nation or close ally is required Why us?
