Responsibilities
  • Operate Value Cases across Agentic AI or Process Innovation streams
  • Manage full lifecycle from idea intake to PoC, pilot, scale, and sustainment
  • Identify high-impact use cases across customer-facing and internal operations
  • Translate business priorities into clear portfolio and roadmap
  • Maintain transparent backlog aligned to KPIs and value targets
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, integration, and testing
  • Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and security guardrails
  • Ensure stable handover into operational teams Stakeholder Management
  • Align HQ and country stakeholders across diverse markets
  • Run steering committees and manage risks & dependencies
  • Ensure timely decisions with data-backed updates and decision papers Measurement & Value Realization
  • Establish baselines and business cases
  • Define and track KPIs (cycle time, quality, adoption, cost-to-serve, automation rates)
