IHRE ERFAHRUNG / IHR KNOW-HOW

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaft (jeweils mit Fokus Projektmanagement) oder verwandten Bereichen wünschenswert
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung großer, internationaler Projekte – idealerweise im Bereich Bau, Real Estate oder Infrastruktur
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Deutschkenntnisse
• Hohe strukturelle Kompetenz, Organisationsstärke und ein professionelles Auftreten in komplexen Projektstrukturen
• Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
• Interkulturelle Erfahrung, insbesondere im Kontext Deutschland / GCC-Region
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Lizenzverträgen und Markenrichtlinien von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project, MS Excel und gängiger Dokumentationssoftware
• Hohe Bereitschaft zu Reisen in die GCC-Region

For the operational management of this extraordinary project, we are looking for a committed

YOUR EXPERIENCE / KNOW-HOW

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, economics (each with a focus on project management) or related fields desirable

• Proven experience in managing large, international projects - ideally in the construction, real estate or infrastructure sector

• Business fluent in written and spoken English and ideally knowledge of German

• High structural competence, organisational strength and a professional appearance in complex project structures
• Strong quality awareness, organisational talent and strong communication skills
• Intercultural experience, especially in the context of Germany / GCC region
• Experience in dealing with international licence agreements and brand guidelines is an advantage
• Confident handling of project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel and common documentation software
• High willingness to travel to the GCC region

You will play a key role in the BRABUS Island real estate project, ensuring that all project phases are implemented in line with the brand. You will act as a link between property developers, authorities, architectural teams and BRABUS as licensor. In this role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Director of Strategy.
