- Management and control of technical projects with responsibility for scope, time, costs, quality and compliance using the Vertical Start-Up (VSU) approach
- Responsibility for early equipment management in the selection, procurement and commissioning of new plants and machines to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
- Technical consulting and support for maintenance as well as continuous optimization of systems and processes in the production environment
- Participation in investment, economic viability and technology transfer projects, including feasibility studies, plant specifications and process optimizations.
- Ensuring the qualification of machines, systems and processes as well as GxP-compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Development and implementation of sustainable technical solutions for production challenges using OPEX, Lean and structured problem-solving methods, while taking EHS and quality requirements into account.
What you bring with you
Ideally, you should possess the following qualifications for this position:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a focus on packaging technologies (e.g. sachets, blisters or bottles)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in comparable regulated sectors (e.g., food, consumer goods, or automotive industries) is an advantage.
- Strong practical technical understanding and experience in the successful implementation of technical projects and/or in technical maintenance.
- Practical experience with VSU, TPM, Lean or Six Sigma methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with local and global stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (approx. 10%)
