You will then build and present a quote to repair their door during that appointment or share a quote to replace their garage door as needed. Responsibilities Repair various types of garage doors and openers Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment Manage company vehicle truck, including maintenance, operation and its inventory Manage your schedule and clear client communications & updates Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share Qualifications 3+ years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred Operational or inventory management experience preferred Previous team management and/or training experience preferred Desire to grow a business Excellent organization and communication skills We welcome candidates who are natural team players and have an openness to receiving and giving feedback Company Information ProLift Garage Doors has the experience and expertise necessary to meet all garage door installation and service needs, whether the doors are for residential or commercial purposes.
