HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As the Promo and Offers Manager, you will be the owner and executor of our acquisition promotion strategy, focusing on attracting new customers and driving growth. You will spearhead the development and execution of compelling offers specifically designed for paid social media, SEM, and landing page/website channels, with a clear focus on commercial payback and break-even models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Paid Digital Media, Product Marketing, App Partners, Finance and Legal, to ideate, pilot, and scale promotional initiatives.
Your impact will be measured by your ability to drive subscriber acquisition efficiently, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and influencing channel teams to prioritise and effectively deploy your initiatives across all touchpoints. You will help establish an experimentation roadmap, partnering with Data Science to determine the optimal methods to measure promotions ROI, marginal efficiency, and impact on long-term LTVs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and LTV growth targets.

    • Program-manage the ideation, launch, monitoring, and reporting of acquisition promotions, with a primary focus on paid social media, SEM, and landing pages/website, in partnership with regional Marketing teams.
    • Develop and manage a promotional calendar specifically for acquisition offers, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop and optimise creative assets and marketing materials that support acquisition promotions across digital channels.
    • Rigorously monitor and analyse the performance of acquisition promotions and offers, providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive continuous optimisation and demonstrate commercial viability.
    • Actively observe competitor promotional activity and market trends, recommending adjustments to our promotional approach.
    • Develop and implement strategies utilising predictive models to drive efficient, higher value subscriber growth.
    • Co-create and maintain commercial payback and break-even models for all acquisition promotions, ensuring a data-driven approach to investment decisions.
