Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Promo Engine platform, ensuring smooth execution of promotional offers and campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for incident management, issue tracking, and problem resolution related to promo engine configurations. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, CVM squads, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate setup and deployment of offers. Support performance monitoring, batch processing, and optimization of campaign execution flows. Manage coordination between backend developers, QA teams, and business users for testing and validation of new features or fixes. Participate in release cycles, ensuring production readiness and rollback plans are in place. Document processes, system configurations, and recurring issues for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Proactively identify areas for automation, monitoring enhancement, and system optimization. Support data integrity, logging, and audit requirements across different offer journeys. Ensure compliance with internal IT and security standards during deployments and integrations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in campaign management platforms, promo systems, or digital operations support. Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and backend processes. Experience with monitoring tools, job schedulers, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka) is a plus. Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
