OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Promotions/Campaigns - Assistant Manager/Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful promotional strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement in our brokerage. In this role, you will design and manage campaigns, incentives, and offers that align with business goals and resonate with our target audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure promotions are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results, enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and campaign planning.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring campaign assets are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to create and execute integrated campaigns, with a strong track record in acquisition promotions in the Fintech or Financial Service industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of navigating a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a conscientious approach to tasks.
  • Highly collaborative team player who can both plan and execute effectively.
  • Ability to think outside the box and innovate in marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in articulating and presenting plans to sales leaders and executives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and leverage campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Responsible for the coordination, scope, and identification of resources needed to execute promotions designed to drive awareness, increase demand etc.
  • Oversight and coordination of the marketing calendar of campaigns, to ensure operational alignment and efficiencies.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and progress, ensure all programs are adhering to goal setting, ROI, and delivery of success.
  • Support all regions globally by overseeing all promotional planning and provide advice.
  • Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels and analyze campaign KPIs, providing and collecting feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration.
  • Partner with other marketers and campaign managers by sharing best practices.
  • Perform other duties as necessary from time to time.
