As a Promotion Revenue Manager, you are the end-to-end owner within the Revenue Management team for all topics related to operational and strategic promotion management in Italy. Acting as the interface between Key Account Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management, you will develop a multi-year promotion strategy to maximize profitable revenue growth in line with our national portfolio & overall strategy.

Your tasks include:

  • Defining promotion guidelines regarding recommended prices (recommended-price-to-consumer), PTR (price-to-retailer) & PTW (price-to-wholesaler) and investment levels in close cooperation with the Off- & On-Trade Director.
  • You are responsible for the total promotional spend and volume to maximize the ROI of these investments. This means that you fully manage the operational handling of the promo plans to understand exactly how the planning translates into market share and topline results.
  • You will be responsible in setting up new processes & maintaining process discipline linked to promotional investments & according ROI tracking & forecasting (backwards & forward looking)
  • You are in daily close contact with the Key Account Managers & various sales stakeholder to evaluate promotions monthly in terms of their uplift and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monthly consolidation of promo results and accuracy in a new, standardized way, as well as creating presentations, are part of your duties, along with competitive promo analysis and monthly margin pool analysis.
  • You monitor consumer and retail prices and continuously review the price and promotion strategy for the portfolio to provide recommendations that create maximum value for the company.

Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study, or alternatively, a commercial or technical vocational qualification.
  • Professional experience in Finance, Commercial, Key Account Management, or Tech Sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent numerical understanding.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented with an understanding of complex market situations.
  • Team player, highly motivated, and extremely assertive.
