We’re expanding our team and seeking Promotional Customer Service Representatives to support our live events, grassroots outreach projects, and face-to-face marketing efforts for socially responsible and mission-driven campaigns. About the Role In this position, you’ll play a key role at public events and community activations. Your job is to connect with attendees, communicate campaign messages, distribute materials, and help create memorable, positive interactions with the public. Primary Responsibilities Represent nonprofit and ethical campaign partners at events, tabling sites, and promotional setups Answer questions and clearly communicate details about services, initiatives, and ongoing campaigns Support event preparation, including setup, registration check-ins, materials organization, and basic logistics Work closely with outreach and marketing teams to keep events running smoothly Record guest interactions, gather helpful feedback, and suggest improvements when needed Address on-site concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset Provide friendly, energetic, and polished customer service throughout each shift What Makes You a Strong Fit You don’t need prior experience—we provide full paid training.
