Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a diverse and fast-paced workload. This is a dynamic position for someone who is ready to handle a variety of responsibilities—from administrative tasks to hands-on sales and warehouse operations. You will be the go-to person to ensure the CEO’s directives and goals are achieved efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Languages: English, Mandarin and French (optional).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and experience with production management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as product assembly and warehouse organization.
  • Previous experience in sales, administration, or operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and take on any challenge that arises.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PK presentations) and other sales materials as needed.
  • Drive sales activities, including door-to-door sales efforts.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with taking customer phone calls and providing exemplary service.
  • Assemble products and assist in organization and optimization of the warehouse.
  • Stay open and willing to learn new skills such as printing techniques (full training provided).
  • Ensure the CEO’s instructions and priorities are followed through accurately and promptly, often dealing with fast-changing priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
  • Handle various tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.
