Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Promotional Products Sales Representative to build new business, grow existing accounts, and support clients with creative promotional product and fulfillment solutions. Responsibilities Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals Manage and grow an existing book of business Recommend promotional product solutions aligned with client needs Provide quotes, presentations, and proposals Negotiate pricing and close sales Coordinate with suppliers for product sourcing and order fulfillment Develop accounts through company stores, web platforms, and fulfillment programs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals Requirements Qualifications 1–3 years of sales experience (promo or B2B preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-starter with strong work ethic Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or similar tools preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Benefits Competitive compensation (Base + Commission or Commission Only) 401(k) with 15% company match Medical, dental, LTD, life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Flexible schedule options (if applicable) Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional events Location: [In-person / Hybrid / Remote] Travel: Some travel for trade shows/meetings Pre-employment screening required.
