We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) from the Promotional Products Industry to join our growing team. As we expand into the exciting world of merch, swag, custom apparel, and ad specialties, we need a passionate and experienced professional to lead our new promo division and support our account management team. This is a full time, direct hire position based in Woodstock, Canada.
· Work with a combined focus of account management and project management.
· Provide expert guidance on promotional product trends, sourcing, and customization.
· Create professional virtuals and presentations for client pitches.
· Leverage existing supplier relationships to secure optimal pricing and quality.
· Assist account managers in selling promo products to existing clients, finding hidden opportunities for extra revenue.
· Participate in client meetings and promotional products shows to offer specialized insights.
· Manage and grow the promotional products division.
· Utilize CRM systems to track projects and maintain client relationships.
· Support best practices and improve customer service experiences.
