As a Promotional Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting promotional campaigns by directly interacting with customers, demonstrating products, and providing detailed information to encourage purchases. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to promote and demonstrate products during promotional events. Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are attractive and well-stocked. Provide detailed product information to customers and answer any questions they may have. Support sales targets by driving product awareness and encouraging purchases. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement and improve promotional strategies. Monitor inventory levels and report any stock issues to management promptly. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or promotional sales assistance preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
