ABOUT THE POSITION

Our gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests provides members and guests with a wide range of promotional events and activities for our gaming patrons. Wests Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. Our Mayfield site has a part time opportunity for a Promotions Attendant to join our experienced and friendly team. Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Host Bingo, Housie, Hoi and Raffles
  • Provide friendly customer service
  • Compliance to Club and Government regulations
  • Set up and pack down of promotions and gaming activities
  • Conduct and facilitate gaming promotions and games
  • Cross sell promotions and activities

This position will require availability on weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Friday . As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered throughout the day including evenings.
